Problem:
Our client had an aged asbestos roof covering that was allowing water ingress and provided poor natural daylight into the building. With electricity costs constantly rising our clients 24hr operation was looking to reduce costs by providing more natural daylight into the building and prevent water ingress from contaminating any produce.
Solution:
Whilst the building remained live NWIR executed a complete rooflight replacement to the building installing new stepsafe ‘Big 6’ rooflight panels. The new rooflight scheme allowed the building to operate within daytime hours without the use of artificial lighting.
