Problem:
The former BAE building has been refurbished over recent years with new flooring and twin-skin metal cladding walls. The building however still has the original asbestos cement roof sheeting incorporating Georgian wire glazing which is in a deteriorated condition.
Solution:
Jones Lang LaSalle (Manchester) their acquisition partners have instructed NWIR Ltd of Risley, Warrington to complete a roof refurbishment program which will provide a new 33000 sq metre metal cladding warm roof construction. The new roof covering will then be supported by a long-term roof maintenance plan.
