Problem:
With a series of aged felt roof coverings (which had begun failing) our client was faced with water ingression into their factory’s production area.
Solution:
Working to our client’s budget, we thermal scanned all areas of the aged felt roof, removing any and all trapped moisture before overlaying the roof with a new single layer elastomeric felt roof covering. We also preserved the aged Georgian wire roof lights, treating them with a reinforced coating system to prolong their life expectancy.
